Francois ("Fran") Martino is counsel to Vanderbrook Chambaud. Fran counsels clients on compliance with various U.S. securities laws, including the Investment Advisers Act of 1940, the Investment Company Act of 1940, and the Securities Exchange Act of 1934.
Fran previously practiced law at Shearman & Sterling LLP in New York, Munich and Washington D.C. He also practiced at Kirkpatrick & Lockhart. He is a graduate of Fordham University School of Law. |
